Q: What do you charge for children's cuts?
A: As much as we love children, it takes the same process and sometimes even more time and patience to cut children's hair. This is why we choose to charge the same price for every haircut. If you do want to book a haircut with one of our stylists, I ensure your child will get the whole service. Including a scalp massage, shampoo, cut and style. Fréy is a luxury experience so any child under the age of 12 will need full supervision. We have a spa in our lower level reserved for quiet services, as well as hot, sharp and breakable items in the salon.
Q: Can I just book a trim?
A: We do offer a bang and/or neck trim option, but this service is the description. Just a bang or neck clean up. A haircut is a haircut. Because we are a full service experience and level based hair studio, every guest will receive a scalp massage, shampoo, cut and style with every haircut.
Q: Are your products organic, sulfate, gluten free and animal cruelty free?
A. Yes, yes and yes. Coming straight from Parma, Italy Davines and Comfort Zone are both B Corporations withstanding to the highest sustainability standards. You can always ask for a link to all ingredients. Our labeling is European so you will not see certain icons used on U.S. packaging.

Q: Do you offer Acrylic nails, dip polish or tips?
A. No, we currently only offer spa pedicures that can be upgraded to gel.
Q: Do you accept St. Peter Chamber bucks?
A: Absolutely, they act as cash.
Q: What chemical services beyond color do you offer?
A: At this time we only offer Perms and Brazilian Blowouts. We currently do not offer any chemical straightening services.
Q: Do you do offer bridal services?
A: At this time we have discontinued all wedding hair and makeup services and we cannot always accommodate large parties in a timely fashion.
Q: What is the difference between a Brazilian and bikini wax?
A: A bikini wax is just your bikini line. Bottom line a Brazilian wax is from the V to the B and everything in between.
Q: Do you do microblading/tattoos?
A: Yes, our co-owner Ashley is a MN Licensed Tattoo artist and can do microblading/shading of brows, lip blushing and eyeliner. Olivia is a tattoo apprentice specializing in fine line, minimalistic, small tattoos.
Q: If I have box dye in my hair previously can I get my hair colored?
A: Most of the time, yes, keep in mind it will probably take a few appointments to get to your desired color. A color consultation is recommended if you have had box dye in your hair or if you are unsure what you would like. At the beginning of your appointment there will be a consultation, please let your stylist know if you have had a box dye in your hair to help prevent hair damage. Also, please let the receptionist know if you have had previous box dye when booking the appointment to help assure there will be enough time. If the stylist decides your hair is not right for a specific type of coloring/bleaching it is because they want to help you keep your hair healthy.
Q: What is SÄGA?
A: SÄGA is our new beauty collective of Lash Artists(lash extensions/Lifts & tints), Tattoo Artists (microblading/shading, lip Blushing, eyeliner, fine line tattoos), Heated Spray Tan Technicians and an Esthetic Nurse (neurotoxin injections, Chemical Peels, vitamin injections and more). SÄGA is located in Historic downtown Saint Peter at 410 South Minnesota Avenue.

Q: Can I use my Fréy gift card at SÄGA?
A: Yes! However, Fréy and SÄGA gift cards cannot be used on Skinnè Med Spa services and vise versa.
