CARD ON FILE/Cancellation policy:

A card on file will be required for all clients reserving appointments.

50% of the booked service price will be charged to the card on file if a guest cancels after closing the day before the booked appointment time or no-shows.

Our time is valuable and we understand emergencies arise but we need notice to help fill our stylists accordingly.

Canceling Appointments:

Please call during open hours at least the day before the booked appointment to cancel to avoid the 50% charge.

Sunday Open voicemail hours are 8am-2pm please call within those hours and leave a voicemail to avoid the 50% charge For an appointment the following day.

Open hours for the other days of the week are as follows:

MON-THURS/ 9AM-8PM
FRIDAY / 9AM-5PM
SATURDAY / 8AM-2PM

Please call within those hours at least the day before the booked appointment to avoid the 50% charge.

RETURNS ON GLO MAKEUP:

All GLO makeup purchases are final sale and we will not accept any returns on makeup after they are purchased. 

RETURNS ON PRODUCTS OTHER THAN GLO:

We will allow returns for exchange or salon credit only for up to 30 days after the purchase date.
